October 9, 2019 – Who Would Have Ever Thought

Have you ever had those moments when that still small internal voice quietly spoke to you and said…?

“Who would have ever thought?”

I bet you have, or at least I hope you have.

Thankfully, that voice comes to me too.

And it’s important, because when it does, it means I’m not taking life for granted.

To be more clear, here’s the “Who would have ever thought” moment I had yesterday:

Who would have ever thought I could have been so fortunate to meet and marry my nearly perfect wife Janice…we call her Gigi? (now for 41 years)

Who would have ever thought we could have 5 wonderful kids? (Blaine/Chase/Kyle/Taylor/Kerri)

Who would have ever thought our kids would make such wise choices in their spouses? (Janelle/Bonnie/Lauren/Gabbie/Dylan)

Who would have ever thought we’d have 8 of the most brilliant grandkids on the planet? (with more to come)

I could go on (and bore you further…sorry) because I had a 4-hour drive and these thoughts continued for more than an hour.

Many of the thoughts even reached to what I'm doing right now...the opportunity to communicate freely with so many people I have met and care about their happiness and success...that's you!  (and I believe that with complete sincerity)

It nearly brought me to tears…but that is not the point.

The point is…

When we take the time to listen to that voice with the many “Who would have ever thought” messages, that’s when the richness of life grabs us and embraces us.

YOU deserve a big hug today too…

Why not take a moment right now to consider the blessings of your life.

Just begin with “who would have ever thought” (and keep it all positive).

Don’t take your rich life for granted.

You are here to be happy and you deserve all of it!

Smiles, have a GREAT week and Keep Building TRUST...Mark
